Our new premises which have been mentioned previously on the web site are now finished and the development of "Hamilton House" is now up and running.






The new property offers modern, spacious office accommodation, complete with conference room and staff training facilities. It has several out buildings to store plaster,cement rough and dress timber,sheet material,doors ,skirtings etc.






It also has a small joinery workshop at the rear for small purpose made items, it also boasts 7 under cover aggregate bays all of which store 60 tonnes each. We feel this is essential in the winter as the aggregates are dry when taken on site on a daily basis.

We now have planning permission through for our old office / yard at Rear Fell Terrace, Crookgate, Burnopfield, Newcastle upon Tyne for refurbishment. We are hoping to start renovation works shortly for four large town houses with garages and storage above and one detached bungalow.

Hamilton Contractors Ltd is expanding rapidly and our projected turnover for 2004 is almost double that of last year.
